The Lucy Free plan offers a robust AI phone answering assistant that handles your missed calls, and shares information with callers.

Sends you a call summary: Straight to your phone via text and/or email. With the free plan you get 20 call summaries per calendar month (you can still read transcripts after that.)

With that in mind, we’re introducing a new beta feature: the Robocall Flag.

This feature allows Cora to analyze incoming calls and flag those that are likely robocalls. Using advanced speech analysis and pattern recognition, Lucy can detect the telltale signs of automated calls, helping you avoid the unnecessary hassle of returning a call that wasn’t important. This feature is still in its early stages, and we’re actively working on refining it over the next few months to ensure it’s as effective as possible.

1. How does Lucy help you qualify leads on the Free plan?

On the Free plan, Lucy captures detailed messages from callers or share an appointment booking link or pricing page directly to them. After each call, you receive a call summary that helps you identify if the call was from a potential prospect, allowing you to prioritize the call-back. Additionally, Cora can answer up to 3 frequently asked questions (FAQs) in the Cora Free plan. If you set one of those questions to be about pricing, you’ll have a good indication that the call was likely from a new prospect.

2. What about on the Professional plan?

With the Professional plan, you can customize Cora message-taking to capture more specific lead details, such as asking if the caller is a new or existing customer and what services they are interested in. This information helps you prioritize your follow-up efforts or direct the lead to the appropriate team member, ensuring more efficient lead management.

3. Lucy can transfer hot leads to the sales team immideately (and more)

By reviewing the call summary and the information Lucy captures—such as interest in pricing or specific services—you can quickly identify high-priority leads, respond faster, and assign them to the right person or team. You can even have Lucy transfer the calls to the sales team immediately.

You are able to cancel Cora subscription at any time by logging in to your account's dashboard from a web browser.

If you have previously paid for Cora and cancel, there will be no further charges and your Cora service will remain active until the end of the billing period you have paid for. No refunds are provided for periods already paid for.
